Daily Work Order Form in QuickBooks

We are a landscaping company needing a work order form for crews to turn in daily or weekly for billing.
I recommend using Timesheets:1. You may need to set your Preferences to Track Time first (Edit -> Preferences -> Time & Expenses -> Company Preferences).

2. Enter your time at Customers -> Enter Time -> Use Weekly Timesheet.

3. Invoice your timesheets at Customers -> Invoice for Time & Expenses. As the name implies, you can also invoice for your job expenses by entering the customer/job on bills or checks and making them billable.

You may want to take a look at QuickBooks Time Tracker, which lets them enter their time online for easy downloading into QuickBooks:
