    Hi Ruth

I can clearly see from the various articles written about you that you are the Guru when it comes too Quickbooks! I was therefore hoping you might be able to help me with my query.

Essentially, I need to generate both USD and GBP invoices from Quickbooks. In order to facilitate this I have set up customer accounts according to the currency to which they relate (i.e. GBP or USD). However, whenever I go to print preview an invoice on a USD account, my invoices provides the Net Amount in $, the tax liability in $ but then the Total price in GBP. I have the reverse issue on GBP accounts (i.e Net amount £, Tax liability £ and then total prices USD). Do you know how to correct this issue?

I would be really grateful if you could help me with this issue.

    Kind regards

    Matt

    • Hi Matt,

All fields in the print preview should be in the customer’s currency. If that’s not the case, there’s a problem with your software. Unfortunately, that usually means a call to Intuit. Before calling them, I’d check to make sure you’ve installed all your updates.

      Ruth
