How to Re-Sort Chart of Accounts in Numerical Order in QuickBooks

I am currently using QuickBooks Pro 2007 and starting to work on my budget for next year. The order of the headings under the chart of accounts is no longer in numerical order. How do I re-arrange those when creating my new budget?
Go to Lists > Chart of Accounts and click on Name at the top of the list (in the gray area).
