How to Export an Estimate Template to Another Company File in QuickBooks

Hello- I am having trouble getting help through QuickBooks Help. All I need to know is how to use an estimate template from one company in another company. I have multiple companies set up in my QuickBooks Pro 2010. Would this be something you can help me with?
Go to Lists > Templates, select the template you want to export, click on the Templates box, and select Export.  Go through the same steps in your other file, only this time select Import.
