How to Reprint Copy of Previous Form 941 in QuickBooks Payroll

Is it possible to reprint a copy of our 941 for 4th quarter 2009? We know we have it but we can not find it anywhere and we need it for a work comp audit this Friday. Thank you so much!!
Try going to Employees > Payroll Center, select Process Payroll Forms, select Federal form, select Quarterly Form 941, and change Quarter Ending to 12/31/09.
