How to Create a Report for Transactions with No Customer:Job Listed in QuickBooks for Contractors

I'm using QuickBooks Premier for Contractors, and I can't figure out how to get a report for transactions with no customer: jobs listed.  The Profit & Loss by Class report has a "Unclassified" column but there isn't one on the Profit & Loss by Job report.
Start with a Custom Transaction Detail report (near the bottom of the Reports menu).  Select your date range, then select Customer in the Total By box at the top of the report.  This will create a listing of No Name transactions at the bottom of the report.  You might also want to filter the report for only Checks, Bills and Credit Card Charges (Modify > Filters > Transaction Type).
