How to Toggle Taxable and Non-Taxable on a Sales Receipt in QuickBooks Point of Sale

On the sales receipt in QuickBooks you can toggle taxable or non taxable, is this not possible in QuickBooks Point of Sale? Best I can find to do is make one generic customer taxable and another generic customer non-taxable (Ebay).
Customize the columns on your sales receipt by right-clicking on one of the column headers and adding Tax Code.
