How to Calculate Bonuses Based on Collected Income in QuickBooks

Ruth, is there any way to calculate bonus for project managers based on only one type of income? We have 2 major incomes: emergency and remedial. The project managers will receive bonuses based on collected income from remedial services. But we invoice our customers for emergency and remedial. Should I create separate jobs and invoices in this case? May I create a report for them in QuickBooks, so that they could track their bonuses?
I’d make the project managers sales reps and then use one of the Sales by Rep reports (Reports > Sales).  To pull it for a specific income type, select Modify, select the Filters tab and either filter for the specific Account or Item you want included on the report. If you want more than one, select Multiple at the top of the list.  To filter for paid invoices, filter select Payments and Sales Receipts (if you use them) for Transaction Type.

If you have complicated commissions, you might want to look into an add-on.  QCommission is a good one.
