How to Integrate Authorize.net with QuickBooks

Hi Ruth…I have been reading the post trying to find something to help me with entering Authorize.net credit card payments into QuickBooks with transaction details and reading the post it looks like you have a lot of experience with this (fingers crossed).

I was wondering if I could ask you a question concerning this topic. I work for a chamber of commerce and we have around 20+ credit card payments a day for our membership dues and events payments. I spend way too much time entering this information into QuickBooks and thought there would be something out there that could help.

I do not keep A/R in QuickBooks since I do not invoice with QuickBooks so all I do is make the deposit and make sure they are going to the correct event/dues by classes. I don’t have a problem changing class codes on each deposit it’s just entering each transaction. Sorry for such a long message just hope you know of a solution. THANKS!!!

I recommend Atandra’s T-Hub Authorize.net and QuickBooks Integration Add-on.
