How to Export Reports to Excel in QuickBooks Point of Sale

Ruth, Couple questions about QuickBooks Point of Sale 9.0.

1) Is there a way to pull out all the past sales history in a spreadsheet or such format? If it can be what is the format of the report? Can any data be copied and pasted out of the report?
2) Same thing only for parts history. So he has a history of the parts sold and how often and such. Same question, what format can the report be in?

He needs to pull out all the information in a readable from that can be transferred into a spreadsheet type format like MS Office Excel.

There’s an Excel button on the bottom right corner of most reports in QuickBooks POS 9.0. You can also modify reports – add/remove columns, filter for specific info, etc. – by clicking the Modify button above the report.
