I have so many clients that think they can enter and balance their QB file, and are in pretty deep, before they ask for assistance. It's always true, you have to try & err with those functions, but, your input tells me clearly where/what to keep in mind to setup templates, so that it will produce better reports, connecting the dots between Sales ~ Invoicing ~ Accounting .
